Day 01 : Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival in Delhi, India, you will be received by Saga World Travels India Representatives with the warmest of welcomes at the airport / railway station from where you would be escorted to the pre booked hotel. Freshen up at hotel. Afterwards, embark on a sightseeing tour of New Delhi, with visits to the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple ( Birla Mandir ), Akshardham Temple and Lotus Temple. You will also be driven past the Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhawan and Rajpath. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi – Shekhawati ( 225 Km )
After an early hearty breakfast, drive towards Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. On arrival, Saga World Travels India Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Tour the Sati Chowk, Modi and Tiber Wala Haveli, Khetri Mahal, Rani Satiji Temple and Bihariji Temple. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03 : Shekhawati – Bikaner
Have a hearty morning breakfast and then drive to Bikaner. Upon arrival in Bikaner, Saga World Travels India Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Relax a while at the hotel. Post lunch, visit the Junagarh Fort, Karni Mata Temple and the Rat Temple. Afterwards, visit the camel breeding farm, join a camel caravan as you enjoy an adventurous camel safari in the villages of Bikaner. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04 : Bikaner – Jaisalmer ( 335 Kms )
Have a hearty morning breakfast and then drive to Jaisalmer. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, Saga World Travels India Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure. At night, enjoy a traditional Rajasthani meal and feast your eyes on golden desert vistas. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05 : Jaisalmer ( Golden City )
After hearty breakfast in the morning, enjoy the exploring the city of Jaisalmer with visits to the Jaisalmer Fort, carved sandstone havelis such as the Salim Singh ki Haveli and Patwon ki Haveli, Gandhi Sagar Tank and the Barabagh Hill. After lunch, visit the famous Sam sand dunes situated at the edge of Thar Desert through a camel safari trip. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06 : Jaisalmer – Khuri ( 45 Kms. )
After hearty breakfast in the morning, visit the breathtaking Khuri sand dune. Ride a camel to explore this unique desert land, and enjoy the experience of camping on the sand dunes and being lulled to sleep by the haunting ballads sung by local bards.
Day 07 : Khuri – Jodhpur ( 290 Kms )
After an early hearty breakfast in hotel, drive to Jodhpur also known as SUN CITY. Upon arrival in Jodhpur, Saga World Travels Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Embark on a sightseeing tour to Jodhpur’s famous tourist attractions such as the Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada Memorial, Umaid Bhawan and Sadar Museum. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08 : Jodhpur – Ranakpur
After an early hearty breakfast, drive to Ranakpur and explore the fascinating Jain temples and other tourist attractions of the area before checking at a hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 09 : Ranakpur – Udaipur
After an early hearty breakfast, take sightseeing tour to city of Lakes- Udaipur. Upon arrival in Udaipur, Saga World Travels India Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. You are free to spend the rest of the day as you like. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 10 : Udaipur ( Lake City )
After an early hearty breakfast, embark on a city tour of Udaipur with visits to City Palace, Saheliyon ki Bari (the Garden of the Maidens), Lake Palace, Jagniwas Island, Fateh Sagar Lake and the Jagdish Temple. Dinner at the hotel will be accompanied by an Indian classical dance performance. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 11 : Udaipur – Pushkar ( 290 Kms. )
After an early hearty breakfast, drive to holy town of Pushkar. Upon arrival at Pushkar, Saga World Travels Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Spend rest of the day in comforts at hotel. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 12 : Pushkar – Jaipur ( 145 Kms )
Morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur . Arrive Jaipur & check-in at hotel. Afternoon proceed for city sightseeing tour of Jaipur
CITY PALACE – A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum
JANTAR MANTAR – This is the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country. This observatory consisting of outsized astronomical instruments is still in use. Night stay in Jaipur
Day 13 : Jaipur
Morning after breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant ride ascent to the fort
AMBER FORT PALACE – Amber is the classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592, and completed by his descendent Jai Singh I. Its forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles finds it’s ultimate expression
HAWA MAHAL – The ornamental facade of this “Palace of Winds” is a prominent landmark in Jaipur. Their five-storey structures of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women
LAXMI NARAYAN TEMPLE – Situated in the south of Jaipur, Laxmi Narayan Temple is one of the many such temples built by wealthy Birla family in India, thus it is also known as Birla Mandir. The temple is a great reminder of the secular traditions India has shown over the centuries. The temple has been constructed in white marble and has three domes, each portraying the different approaches to religion. The temple is situated at the foot of Moti Doongri Fort, converted as a small palace by Ram Singh II for his wife Gayatri Devi. Night stay in Jaipur
Day 14 : Jaipur – Agra
After Breakfast drive out to Agra. Upon arrival in Agra, Enroute Stop at Fatehpur Sikri (Ghost City) to visit. After the visit Saga World Travels Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Evening at leisure overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 15: Agra – Delhi
After an early leisure breakfast, visit the world famous Taj Mahal, Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, Chini ka Rauza, Agra Fort, Akbar’s Fort at Sikandra, Evening intime drive to Delhi.
Day 16 : Delhi Depart
Have an early hearty breakfast and then directly transferred to the airport/railway station for the next phase of your journey by Saga World Travels representatives.
